摘 要:目的测定杭菊叶中总黄酮的含量及其抗氧化能力。方法以芦丁为对照,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量;采用ABTS·+自由基体系、DPPH·自由基体系、O2-·自由基体系、·OH自由基体系进行抗氧化活性的研究,并同合成抗氧化剂BHT进行比较。结果杭菊叶中总黄酮含量为8.99 mg/m L;总黄酮提取物的抗氧化活性与总黄酮的浓度呈正相关,但弱于与其同浓度的合成抗氧化剂BHT。结论本研究为杭菊叶总黄酮生物活性及相关的功能性食品开发提供理论基础,为以后的深入研究提供科学依据。Objective To determine the content and antioxidant capacity of total flavonoids from Chrysanthemum morifolium leaves. Methods UV spectrophotometric determination of total flavonoids content by rutin as control.Study on the antioxidant activity through using ABTS- +,DPPH·,O2-·OH system, and compared with BHT. Results The content of total flavonoids in leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium was 8.99mg/m L.The antioxidant activity of total flavonoids was positively correlated with the concentration of total flavonoids, but was weaker than BHT. Conclusion This study provides a theoretical basis for the biological activities and functional food development of total flavonoids in leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium.Provides scientific basis for further research.
