探讨社区家庭护理加强干预模式对糖尿病患者血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区家庭护理加强干预模式对糖尿病患者血糖状况的影响。方法选取大同市城区范围内随机选取两所社区的糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其分为常规对照组与实验干预组,各100例。常规对照组采取临床常规护理模式实施护理;实验干预组采取临床常规护理模式与社区家庭护理干预相结合的方式实施护理,监测两组患者一年内的血糖变化状况并通过调查问卷表评价家庭护理干预对糖尿病患者病情的影响。结果两组干预一年后,实验干预组患者的血糖控制结果明显均优于常规对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过社区家庭护理干预模式对糖尿病患者进行加强干预,可以帮助患者更好地控制血糖,提高了患者对于糖尿病疾病的认知和对控制血糖的信心,从而减少了糖尿病并发症的发生率。Objective The influence of the enhanced intervention during the community family nursing to blood sugars of Patients with diabetes was investigated. Methods One hundred of diabetic Patients from each of the two communities, downtown of Datong City were randomly devided into two grou Ps. One was set as ex Perimental intervention grou P with the clinical conventional nursing combined with the community family nursing intervetion, and the other grou P was used as conventional control with only the clinical routine nursing. Patients＇ blood sugars of the two grou Ps were monitored within a year and the im Pact of the community family nursing intervetion to Patients＇ condition was evaluated by questionnaire survey. Results Afer one-year intervention, the blood sugars control of the ex Perimental intervention grou P was significantly su Perior to the conventional control grou P（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Blood sugars of Patients with diabetes could be better controlled by community family nursing intervetion, the understanding to diabetes and the confidence to blood sugars control of Patients could be im Proved and the com Plications of diabetes would be reduced.
