仙方活命饮加味联合利复星治疗IIIA型前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药联合抗生素治疗IIIA型前列腺炎疗效。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月门诊就诊的IIIA型前列腺炎患者90例作为研究对象,同时符合中医湿热下注证型。将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,各45例。治疗组用中药仙方活命饮加味口服,同时口服利复星片剂,对照组服用利复星片剂。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后NIH-CPSI积分对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后两组总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论仙方活命饮联合利复星治疗IIIA型慢性前列腺炎临床疗效优于单用利复星。Objective To investi gate the clinical effect of Xianfang Huoming Decoction combined with Levofloxacin Mesylate Tablets in the treatment of Chronic Prostatitis IIIA（CP/CPPS）. Methods 90 patients of CP from January 2013 to January 2014 that accord with damp-heat syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups（treatment group and control group）, 45 in each group. Patients in treatment group received the treatment of Levofloxacin Mesylate Tablets and Xianfang Huoming Decoction, while those in control group received the treatment of Levofloxacin Mesylate Tablets. The course of the follow-up time was 28 days. The evaluatin g index was the chan ge of NIH-CPSI scores that before and after the treatment. Results The decline of NIH-CPSI scores showed very statistically si gnificant difference after treatment in both of the two groups（P〈0.01）. The total effective rate between the two groups after treatment showed statistically si gnificant difference（P=0.046）. Conclusion Xianfan g Huomin g Decoction combined with Levofloxacin Mesylate Tablets was better than Levofloxacin Mesylate Tablets in the treatment of Chronic prostatitis IIIA.
