克林霉素注射剂临床应用的合理性及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析和探讨克林霉素注射剂在临床应用上的合理性和安全性。方法选取2014年8月-2015年8月我院接受过克林霉素注射剂治疗的住院患者180例,评价克林霉素的用药合理性。结果 180例患者中,预防用药159例,治疗用药21例,均存在不合理用药现象。结论我院在克林霉素注射剂临床用药上尚存在一定的不合理用药问题,对此,有必要进一步加强克林霉素的监测,确保临床医生充分掌握克林霉素的适应证和正确使用方法。Objective Analysis and discussion on the clinical application of clindamycin injection in rationality and security. Methods Retrospective analysis, during the August 2014 to August 2015 received clindamycin injection in our hospital treatment of 180 cases of patients ＆#39; medical records analysis, evaluation of clindamycin the rational use of drugs. Results 180 patients, preventive medication in 159 cases, drugs for treatment of 21 patients with, there are the irrational phenomenon.Conclusion Clindamycin injection in our hospital clinical administration there are some irrational drug use problems, for this, it is necessary to further strengthen monitoring of clindamycin, clindamycin ensure that clinicians are fully mastered adaptation syndrome and proper usage.
