摘  要:井下供电设备出现故障时,保护装置启动,隔离故障线路。但随着配电网复杂化,人工巡检已无法快速确定故障点位置,从而造成长时间停电,威胁井下生产安全。基于国内外研究现状,建立了基于RS485的煤矿井下供电监控系统,其由供电监控单元、集控中心和通信网络组成。供电监控系统利用STM32实现运行数据采集,通过RS485将数据传输至集控中心,集控中心下达控制命令,实现煤矿井下供电系统远程监控。监控系统可使工作人员实时掌握井下供电情况并对故障进行处理,提高了煤矿电网的自动化水平。When underground power supply equipment break down, the protection device started, the fault line was isolated. But with power distribution network complication, artificial inspection has been unable to determine the fault point location quickly, which results in long time power outages, this threats mine production safety. Based on the research status at home and abroad, the coal mine power supply monitoring system based on RS485 was built; it was composed of control unit, power supply monitoring center and communication network. Power supply monitoring system using STM32 collect data acquisition, data transmission through the RS485 to control center, control center control orders, to realize the coal mine power supply remote monitoring system. Monitoring and control system can make real time control of underground power supply situation; this can improve the automation level of the coal mine power grid.
