摘 要:针对目前弯扭振动一般采用独立检测的方式,基于激光多普勒效应,提出一种同时测量弯曲振动和扭转振动的方法。通过构建测量原理方案,推导出光路部分的数学模型。同时对影响弯扭振动测量的主要因素进行了分析,详细论述了反光膜回归反射特性对轴系振动的影响。分析了玻璃微珠反光膜和微棱镜反光膜定向反射的原理,并对不同反射性能、不同单元结构反光膜对多普勒信号的影响进行了测试与对比,实验结果表明:选择布珠率高、布珠均匀、反射特性显著的玻璃微珠反光膜能够有效改善因转轴表面纹理结构导致的散斑效应对多普勒频移的影响,提高信号的质量。A iming at the fact that the lateral vibration and the torsional vibration are tested in a independent way, based on the principle of laser Doppler frequency shift, a method is proposed for measuring the bending and torsional vibration at the same time. The mathematical model of the optical path is derived by building the measurement principle. The main factors which affecting the bending and torsional vibration measurements are analyzed and the effects of reflective film retroreflective properties of shaft vibration are discussed in detail. The principle of directional reflection of the glass micro bead type reflective film and micro prism reflective film is analyzed, and the influence of the reflective film on the Doppler signal is tested and compared with the different reflective performance and different unit structure. The experimental results show that: The glass bead reflecting film with high Bju ratio, Bju's uniform and reflective intensity can effectively improve the effect of speckle effect caused by the surface texture of the rotating shaft on the Doppler shift.
