摘 要:为了保障空间相机电子器件在轨工作正常,介绍了空间相机电箱应具备的主要功能,并针对这些功能详细介绍了电箱结构设计中应采取的方法和措施;以某空间相机电源箱为例,对其进行结构设计、三维建模和力学仿真;模态仿真分析结果表明该电箱三阶模态均大于130Hz,应力响应分析结果证明电箱在正弦振动以及随机振动条件下,各主要材料在三个方向上均具有较高的安全裕度,发生变形破坏的概率极低;在经历了力学振动环境试验和冲击试验后,电箱的电子学性能检测正常,电子器件、螺钉等零件无脱落,损坏等现象;仿真分析和试验结果证明该电箱的结构设计合理,具有足够的刚度和强度,满足使用要求。In order to ensure the electronic components in working order on orbit, it introduced the main functions that the electronic box structure of space camera should have, and described the methods and measures should be taken for these functions in electronic box structure design. Taken the power box of one space camera as an example, the three-dimensional model of electronic box was established and dynamics simulation and finite element analysis was realized. The results of modal analysis show that the three mode af the electronic box is more than 130Hz. Stress response analysis results show that the main material of the electric box have high safety margin in three directions under the condition of sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. After a mechanical vibration environment test and impact test, electronic components and screws and other parts were integrated without loss and damage. Experimental results indicated that the electric box structural design is reasonable and meet the operation requirements.
