摘  要:目前刮板输送机设计主要采用传统的设计方法,设计效率低,设计质量难以保障。利用Creo 2.0的TOOLKIT开发工具包,使用VC++2010编程环境开发刮板输送机三维参数化设计系统,菜单设计技术和对话框设计技术完成用户交互界面的二次开发,并结合参数化建模技术和自动装配技术,实现刮板输送机从选型设计计算到非标零部件及整机设计。设计者只需在交互式的用户界面输入设计参数就可以完成刮板输送机产品的整机设计,极大的提高刮板输送机设计的效率及质量。Currently scraper conveyor design is mainly used with the traditional design method,and the efficiency of which was low and the quality of which was difficult to guarantee. In the VC++2010 programming environment, the 3D parametric design system for scraper conveyor was developed by using the TOOLKIT development kit of Creo 2.0, and the technology of menu and dialog design was used to complete the user interactive interface's secondary development, combining with parametric modeling technology and automatic assembling technology implemented the scraper conveyor design from the lectotype design and computation to the non-standard components and complete machine design~ Only by inputting the design parameters on the interactive user interfaces, the designer can accomplish the complete machine design of scraper conveyor, which greatly improved the efficiency and quality of the scraper conveyor design.
