摘　　要：建立一套多单元集成式深度纯化工艺装置。以医药级一氧化二氮为原料,利用高压常温吸附和低温冷凝抽空相结合的方法,深度脱除一氧化二氮中的各种杂质,制备得到纯度为99.999%的高纯一氧化二氮产品。A multi-unit integrated deep purification device was set up. The pharmaceutical grade nitrous oxide was used as raw material. Impurities in nitrous oxide were deeply removed through a combined method of high-pressure adsorption at normal temperature and frozen vacuum processing. The high purity of 99. 999% nitrous oxide product was produced.
