摘 要:大连—沈阳天然气管道投运初期,经常会发生水合物冰堵现象,运行管理中分别采取分输调压装置电伴热+保温、分输水套炉加热、干线注醇、夏季清管方法对冰堵进行综合治理,保障了管道的运行安全和东北地区的供气任务。通过水露点测试分析,确定了松岚至营口管段的天然气具有较高的含水量,是冰堵风险管段。以动力学抑制剂KJK-1替代乙二醇,在松岚输气站出站处加注试验,完成了基础数据采集分析,确定了KJK-1应用效果,为动力学抑制剂在长输管道冰堵防治应用提供参考。At the beginning of production,ice block caused by natural gas hydrate appeared frequently for Dalian-Shenyang natural gas pipeline. So,four methods were used to guarantee the throughput of northeast of China. Electric heating and insulating layer were adopted for pressure regulator,and water jacket furnace was adopted for transmission line,and ethylene glycol was injected for trunk line,and pigging operation was used in summer. Through analysis to dew point of natural gas,it was confirmed that ice block could be probably occur for pipeline between Songlan to Yingkou. Then dynamic inhibitor KJK-1 was added to trunk pipeline at the outlet of Songlan station. Basic data of experiment were collected and analyzed,good results were confirmed for KJK-1,and it would also provide consultation for dynamic inhibitor using for natural gas trunk line.
