摘  要:南芬选矿厂为了应对由于北山过渡类型矿量的逐年增加,而造成的磨机能力下降、金属回收率低等问题,确定对该类型矿石的细筛筛上及磁选柱中矿进行单独处理,增加三段磨选工艺。介绍三段磨选工程有关工艺流程、设计指标、主要设备的制定和选择情况,并且阐明了项目实施后对南芬铁矿矿山及选矿厂起到的作用和意义。In order to address the poor efficiency of ball mill and low metal recovery in Nanfen concentrate plant,which caused by an annual increase of Beishan transitional type ore,it's determined that oversize of this kind ore and middlings of magnetic separation column are processed separately and a third-stage grinding and separation process is added.The formulation and selection of the process flow,design parameter and main equipment in the third-stage grinding and separation project are introduced,and function and significance of this project for Nanfen iron ore mine and concentrate plant after it's implemented are illustrated.
