左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗子宫腺肌病的新进展

摘　　要：左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system,LNG-IUS,商品名:曼月乐)是一种激素宫内避孕系统。近年来,发现其除了具有长期避孕效果外,对一些妇科疾病也具有治疗效果,尤其是子宫腺肌病。它具有作用时间长、疗效明显及不良反应小等优点。现就左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统的作用机制、疗效及副作用进行综述。Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system（LNG-IUS, Mirena） is a hormonal intrauterine contraceptive system. In recent years, it found that except for long-term contraceptive effects, the system can also treat some gynecological diseases, especially adenomyosis. It has advantages of long term effective, efficacy and low sideeffects, etc. The mechanism, curative effects, and sideeffect of Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system are reviewed in this paper.
