微文化视域下高校基层党支部建设三维策略探析

摘　　要：随着信息技术的创新发展和移动终端的迅速普及,以微博、微信为主要传播媒介的微文化以其独特的信息传播模式受到广大青年学生的青睐,其信息传播的迅速、简洁、扩散性使大学生们短期内获取大量信息的同时思想和心理也不断受到冲击。因此,高校学生党支部建设要坚持与时俱进,在微文化视域下充分运用微博、微信等微媒介,拓展工作阵地,发展支部新载体,增强工作的针对性和时效性。本文从思想、制度、方式三个维度提出了高校基层党支部的建构策略,以思想为指引、制度为保障、方式为手段,进行立体化、多方位的建设。With the development of information technology and the rapid popularization of mobile terminals, micro-blog, We Chat, as the main media of micro culture with its unique mode of information favored by the masses of young students. The rapid and simple information dissemination, the diffusion of the college students to get a lot of information in the short term while thinking and psychology is constantly impacted. Therefore, the construction of College Students Party branch should adhere to the times in the perspective of micro culture to fully use micro-blog, We Chat and other micro media, expand the work position, develop the branch of the new carrier, and enhance the work of the pertinence and timeliness. This article proposes the university basic level Party branch＇s construction strategy from the thought, the system, and the three dimensions. It applies College Party Branch Construction strategy to ideology as a guide system for the protection manner to carry out three-dimensional, multi-faceted construction.
