基坑工程预应力混凝土板桩模型试验研究

摘  要:结合常州恐龙园基坑工程,基于预应力板桩支护方案,选取几何相似比1∶30,开展基坑土方开挖,坡顶超载共6种工况相似材料模型试验。研究表明:基于9 m深粘土与砂性土互层基坑,桩顶水平位移、土体水平位移及桩身弯矩随着开挖深度和坡顶超载的增大而增大,开挖到预设深度和超载逐渐增大时,基坑变形较大;开挖完成后正负向最大弯矩出现在开挖深度上下1/3处;在3种桩距中,支护结构桩距过大会出现土体绕流,桩距过小又会增加施工成本,因此在考虑基坑变形控制、成本控制的情况下,宜选择桩距为4倍单桩宽度。通过理正软件进行各工况计算,验证模型试验结果正确性。This study was combined with Changzhou Dinosaur Garden foundation pit engineering, by selec- ting the physical model with geometric similarity ratio 1 : 30 based on the support scheme of pre-stressed sheet pile. And the similar material simulation tests were carried out for 6 kinds of operating conditions a- bout excavation of foundation pit and slope overloading. The results show that horizontal displacement of pile top, soil and the moment of the pile increase with the excavation depth or the surcharge increase in the 9 m deep foundation pit of clay and sandy soil. The position of maximum displacement of soil is related to the depth of excavation, which generally appears in the pit bottom upper. The position of maximum mo- ment of the pile is related to the excavation depth,which appears at 1/3 depth up and under the excavation surface, the slopeloading only affects the moment value. In three kinds of pile spacing, horizontal displace ment of pile top with the pile spacing increases, and then decrease. And the horizontal displacement of soil and the moment of the pile have same law with the changes of pile spacing. The optimization of the pile spacing is four times of single pile width when considering the effect of support and economic benefits. Furthermore, the calculation results of operating conditions through Lizheng analysis software revifies the reliability of the results through the model test.
