摘　　要：以江苏永钢集团有限公司圆坯连铸末端电磁搅拌控制系统为背景,对大断面圆坯连铸末端电磁搅拌控制系统进行了设计,针对生产过程中出现的电流波动较大等电机故障,对控制参数进行了优化,优化后完全满足生产工艺要求。Under the background of final electromagnetic stirring control system for round billet continuous casting,focusing on the design of final electromagnetic stirring control system for large section round billet continuous casting and the motor faults such as large current fluctuations in the production process,the control parameters are optimized,which can completely meet the requirements of the production process.
