摘　　要：介绍了中冶京诚(CERI)设计的柳钢双机双流板坯连铸机的技术参数、保证铸坯质量的关键技术措施以及应用实绩。生产实践表明,设备运行良好,铸坯表面和内部质量优良,各项指标达到设计要求。The technical parameters,the technological measures ensuring slab quality as well as the application performances are introduced about the double-casting and double-strand type slab continuous casting machine,which is independently designed by Capital Engineering and Research Incorporation Limited（CERI）. The production practices show that the equipment running well,the surface and internal quality of the slabare very excellent,and all kinds of metallurgical indicators meet the design requirements.
