摘  要:研究了不同方式的二冷区电磁搅拌和冷却强度对Incoloy800H高温合金连铸坯凝固组织和内部裂纹的影响。研究结果表明:施加电磁搅拌后的连铸坯内部等轴晶组织比例增加,晶粒细化。单向连续电磁搅拌增加等轴晶比例和细化晶粒的作用效果优于正反交替电磁搅拌。当二冷区冷却水流量由3.0 m^3/h增加至7.1 m^3/h时,等轴晶比例减小,晶粒粗化;电磁搅拌对连铸坯内部裂纹有抑制作用,且单向连续电磁搅拌效果最好。当二冷区冷却强度增加时,铸坯内部熔体的温度梯度增加从而增大热应力,同时由于电磁搅拌的作用时间的减少,使铸坯内部质量恶化,产生严重的内部裂纹。The experiments were conducted to research the effect of EMS(electromagnetic stirring) and different secondary cooling conditions on the solidification structure and internal cracks of Incoloy800 H superalloy billets. The results showed that applying EMS increased the ratio of equiaxed grain and decreased the average grain size. The effect of the continuous electromagnetic stirring was better than that of the alternative electromagnetic stirring. With the secondary cooling intensity increasing from 3.0 m^3/h to 7.1 m^3/h,the ratio of equiaxed grain could be decreased and the average grain size was increased. The application of EMS inhibited the formation of internal crack of Incoloy800 H superalloy billet,and the effect of the continuous electromagnetic stirring was better than that of the alternative electromagnetic stirring.The increasing of the secondary cooling intensity caused more serious internal crack of Incoloy800 H superalloy billet.
