摘 要:清远抽水蓄能电站已投产发电,有必要对其发电机—变压器组(简称发变组)保护设计与整定的新进展进行归纳总结。本文在全面的内部短路仿真计算的基础上,经定量化设计过程完成了清远发电电动机主保护的设计,并兼顾电机设计与TA安装的要求;通过增设跳闸允许电流元件,提高了SIEMENS失步保护区分失步振荡和稳定摇摆的能力;在发电机定子接地保护和主变压器低压侧接地保护定值整定时,注意到GCB开断所带来的发电机或主变压器低压侧不接地系统电容值的变化,为后续抽水蓄能电站的建设提供借鉴。As Qingyuan pumped storage power station has already put into operation,it's necessary to make a summary of the new advances in its design and settings of the generatortransformer unit protection Based on the comprehensive internal fault simulation and with consideration of the generator design and the installation of CT,the quantitative and optimization design of main protection for Qingyuan generator has been completed; By adding new trip-permitted current components,the ability of SIEMENS generator out-of-step protection to distinguish between out-of-step oscillation and stable oscillation has been enhanced; When it comes to the protection settings of generator stator ground fault and low voltage side of main transformer ground fault,the change in generator's capacitance and low voltage side of main transformer's capacitance brought by GCB interrupting operation is taken into consideration. Above experiences can be used as a reference for the construction of pumped storage power station in the future.
