摘 要:由于特殊的地理位置,为维持下游流量平衡,景洪电厂在机组事故跳闸后,需要开启泄洪闸门进行应急补水。为了得出各泄洪闸门的补水目标开度,运行人员需要根据监控系统和水情系统的各项参数进行大量手动计算。考虑到计算工作给运行人员带来的负担,本文对补水计算的自动化应用进行了研究,在分析运行人员的手动计算步骤和计算参数后,发现可以在监控系统中实现应急补水计算参数的整合和计算过程的复现,通过对各泄洪闸门的流量开度对应关系进行建模,并对事故前后电厂机组、闸门的各项参数以及流量开度对应关系模型的综合运算,在系统自动或运行人员手动对补水流量进行分配后,监控系统可以自动计算出各泄洪闸门的补水目标开度。自动补水功能实现了监控系统和水情系统的数据整合应用,完全取代了运行人员的手动补水计算,并直接提高了补水精度和事故响应速度。Due to the special geographical location,in order to maintain the balance of the downstream flow,after accident Jinghong Hydroplant need to open the sluice gates for emergency water supply. In order to obtain the goal of floodgates opening,the operators need a lot of manual calculation according to the parameters in the SCADA system and Hydrology Monitoring system.In order to solve the burden to operators which is brought by the calculation of emergent water supply,this paper studied automation application of water supply. The analysis of manual calculation steps and calculation parameters of operators indicates that it is practicable to realize the integration of calculation parameters and recurrence of calculative process in the SCADA system. After modeling flow-opening relationship of various floodgates,through comprehensive calculation of various parameters of generators、gates and modeling before and after the accident,and system's automatic distribution or operator's manual distribution of flow to be supply,SCADA system can automatically calculate targeted opening of various floodgates. Automatic water supply function achieve the Summary and Application of data in the SCADA system and Hydrology Monitoring system; it completely replaces operator's manual calculation of water supply,and directly improves precision of water supply and speed of incident response.
