中高磷铁水双联炼钢在莱钢120t转炉的实践研究

摘　　要：分析了转炉脱磷工艺原理,研究了复吹转炉双渣法冶炼中高磷铁水的工艺方案,并进行了工业现场试验。试验结果表明,半钢终点温度控制在1340-1400℃,终点碳控制在3.0%以上,解决了半钢配加硅铁等发热元素的问题,优化了中高磷铁水双联冶炼方案。The converter dephosphorization process principle, the paper studies the method of double the combined-blowing converter slag smelting high phosphorus hot metal process scheme, and the indus- trial field test was carried out. The test results show that the semi steel end temperature control in 1340 - 1400 ℃ , endpoint carbon control over 3.0%, solved the heating element such as semi steel with addition of silicon, high phosphorus hot metal duplex smelting scheme was optimized.
