摘 要:有限元分析方法可用于直喷式柴油机进行热力学分析,为了检验传热模型的有效性,采用了热平衡方法。本次研究的目的是在不同的热负荷情况下测量直喷式柴油机活塞的变形、温度的变化和径向热应力的变化,建立适当的平均热边界条件,在热边界条件的有限元分析的帮助下,对温度分布和热流场进行分析研究。研究结果表明:有限元分析方法可成功地应用于直喷式柴油机分析活塞上的各个点的温度,应力和变形的变化情况。Finite element analysis method can be used in di diesel engine thermodynamic analysis, it gives the designer must pay attention to the weak and considering the cross-sectional area of the train of thought, at the same time, through the piston and cylinder wall temperature also can count the thermodynamic losses of di diesel engine, the method described here is a combination of numerical simulation based on finite element model.The purpose of this research is under the condition of different heat load measuring the deformation of the diesel engine piston, the change of temperature and radial thermal stress change, establish appropriate average thermal boundary conditions, with the help of the finite element analysis of thermal boundary conditions, the study of temperature distribution and heat flow field, heat transfer model to test the effectiveness of using the heat balance method.The results show that the finite element analysis method can be successfully applied to every point on the analysis of di diesel engine piston temperature, the change of stress and deformation.
