摘　　要：X62W万能铣床排故是理论与实践紧密联系的教学内容,教学时需要学生在模拟排故装置上进行不断的实践操作。本文就X62W万能铣床模拟排故装置的设计和制作进行了总结,制作模拟排故装置也能更好的为教学服务,提高教学的质量和效果,使学生的中级维修电工的通过率大大提高。X62W universal milling machine troubleshooting is the teaching content of theory and practice closely linked. In teaching, students need to carry out continuous practice in the simulation troubleshooting device. In this paper, design and production the X62W universal milling machine of simulation troubleshooting arrangement are summarized. Production the simulation troubleshooting device can better serve for teaching, improve the quality of teaching and the effect, so that the students of intermediate maintenance electrician license ＇s pass rate greatly improved.
