摘  要:以硝酸锌和硝酸铝为原料,以CTAB为表面活性剂,通过水热法成功制备了尖晶石型ZnAl_2O_4纳米晶。并利用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)、X射线能量色散分析谱仪(XEDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)等测试技术对样品的晶体结构、化学成分、形貌和光学性能进行表征。实验结果表明:本方法所制备的ZnAl_2O_4为单相的尖晶石结构,晶化程度良好,晶格点阵发生了膨胀;样品形貌为颗粒状结构,颗粒尺寸在20 nm左右,颗粒形状规则且大小均匀,分散性较好。ZnAl_2O_4纳米晶具有较强的紫外吸收能力,UV-vis光谱发现样品的光学带隙减小,可能是由纳米颗粒的表面效应引起的。Spinel ZnAl_2O_4 nanocrystals were successfully prepared via hydrothermal method using Zn(NO3)2and Al(NO3)3as raw materials,using CTAB as surface active agent.Crystal structure,chemical composition,morphology and optical properties of the sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM) and selected area electron diffraction(SAED),X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry(XEDS),FTIR spectroscopy(FTIR) and ultraviolet-visible pectoral photometer(UV-vis).The results show that the sample prepared by this method is single phase spinel structure with good crystallization,and lattice expansion of the lattice constant occurs.The morphology of the samples are spherical particles with good dispersion,the particle size is about 20 nm.The particle shape is regular and the particle sizes are uniform.The samples have strong ultraviolet absorption ability,and the optical band gap of the ZnAl_2O_4 sample becomes small,which may be caused by the surface effect of the nanoparticles.
