摘 要:分别借助计算法和差热分析法,测量了激光选区熔化(SLM)成形TC4合金的α+β/β相转变温度,最后通过热处理验证了转变温度的准确性。结果表明:SLM成形的TC4合金由原柱状β晶粒和与生长方向呈大约±45°的针状马氏体组成。它的α+β/β相转变温度约为980℃,与铸造和锻造TC4钛合金的β转变温度相近。证明了TC4合金的α+β/β转变温度只与成分相关,与成形工艺和显微组织状态无关。β-transus temperature of selective laser melting(SLM) TC4 alloy was measured by calculation and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) methods,and a post heat treatment was conducted to verify the β-transus temperature.The results show that the microstructure of the SLMed TC4 alloy consists of columnar prior β grains filled with a large number of fine acicular martensites oriented at approximately ± 45 ° with the grain growth direction.The β-transus temperature of the SLMed TC4 alloy is about 980 ℃,which is consistent with that of the TC4 alloy produced by traditional technology.Therefore,the β-transus temperature of TC4 alloy is sensitive to chemical composition and irrelative to the processing technology and microstructure.
