摘　　要：瑞典是世界上竞争力和创新能力最强的发达国家之一。20世纪90年代，瑞典的国家科技创新管理体系经历了深刻的、成功的变革，保障了其国家创新体系的高效运行。本文从科技创新决策、决策咨询专业管理机构、监测和评估机制、统筹协调机制五个方面，对瑞典科技创新管理体系进行了深入分析，并总结出若干对我国科技管理体系的启示。Sweden is one of the most competitive and innovative countries in the world. During the 1990s, Sweden＇s national science and technology innovation management system had been deeply and successfully reformed, which safeguarded an effective and efficient Swedish national innovation system. This paper analyzes Swedish national science and technology innovation management system in terms of decision making, consultation, specialized management agency, monitoring and evaluation, and coordination. It also concludes a few experiences that China would learn from.
