摘 要:液压安全联轴器是一种新型的保护传动系统的装置,文章介绍了液压安全联轴器的结构原理、性能特点及选用方法,提供了校核算法,并针对某钢厂实际工况,在传动系统选用高速式法兰联结安全联轴器作为过载保护,精选型计算优化设计后,满足设计要求,为液压安全联轴器的选用提供了参考。Hydraulic safety coupling is a new kind of protection of transmission device, It has many advantages, such as high efficiency and reliable, easy to install and disassemble, accurate setting torque and adjustable, widely used in metallurgy, rolling, mining, wind power, building materials and other industries. It has a variety of connecting ways of hydraulic safety coupling , the connecting way according to the need of the actual working condition, it can be used as separate connecting part, and can be connected with gear, chain wheel, shaft and combinations of various coupling, etc. This paper introduces the hydraulic safety coupling structure principle, performance characteristics , selection methods, and a checking algorithm, provides reference for the selection of hydraulic safety coupling.
