摘 要:目的探讨新疆和田地区长寿老人与水、食物、土壤等环境中微量元素的关系,为促进人群健康长寿提供参考依据。方法在和田地区3个县中抽取10个乡(巴格其乡、英阿瓦提乡、布扎克乡、拉衣克乡、喀尔塞乡、扎瓦乡、雅瓦乡、杭桂乡、布亚乡、恰尔巴格乡)和鄯善县分别进行地下饮用水和土壤采集工作,检测水和土壤中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Mg、Ca、K、Na、Co、Li、Cr、Pb的含量。采集和田地区玉米、大米、葡萄干、面粉、孜然、核桃样本,使用原子火焰吸收法检测Cu、Zn、Cr、Mn、Li、Co、Mg、Se、As、Ni、Ca、Na、K、F水平。采集和田地区〉60岁老人血样253例(和田组),并抽取鄯善县〉60岁老人血样100例作为对照,比较Cu、Se、Zn 3种微量元素的差异。结果 (1)和田地区土壤中Fe、Zn、Na、K、Co含量较鄯善县高;(2)和田地区井水pH值为7.31~8.07,为弱碱性,Mg、Ca、K、Na含量较鄯善县高;(3)在和田地区玉米、大米、葡萄干、面粉、孜然、核桃常见食物中Cu、Zn、Mn、Se、K、Ca含量都较高;(4)和田组与对照组比较,硒、铜、锌、硒/锌比值差异有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论新疆和田地区长寿老人健康与水、食物中微量元素含量及优良的生活环境有关。Objective To explore the collecting samples from elderly longevity in Xinjiang Hotan region,and the water that was used in the life,food,soil,etc.,discusses the relationship between trace elements longevity old man and the environment,such as water,food,soil,etc in and provides reference for promoting people longevity and health.Methods Blood samples of people over 60 years and underground drinking water and soil sampls were collected from three counties ten townships(Bagh,the British Awati Township Bujak,pull vests Ke Xiang,Cameroon Zelaya Xiang Zava Yad Vashem,hang Kwai Flavio Pradesh Bagh Village)in Hotan area and Shanshan county Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Mg,CA,K,Na,Co,Li,Cr,Pb concentration were detected in water and soil samples.Cu,Zn,Cr,Mn,Li,Co,Mg,Se,as,Ni,CA,Na,K,F level were determined in corn,rice,raisins,flour,cumin seeds,walnut samples producted from the local areas by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry.253 of people over 60 years in Hotan area were collected and 100 blood samples from Shanshan were as control.Cu,Se,Zn 3kinds of trace elements were detected in the blood samples.Results(1)Fe,Zn,Na,K,Co,concentration in the soil of the field area was higher in Hotan region than that in Shanshan County.(2)The pH value of well water in the area was 7.31-8.07,and Mg,Ca,K,Na concentrations were higher than that of Shanshan County.(3)Cu,Zn,Mn,Se,K,Ca contents in common food such as corn,rice,flour,raisins,cumin,walnut in Hetian area were higher.(4)Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in se,Cu,Zn and Se/Zn ratio between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion The elderly health and longevity are related tothe trace elements intak from water and food and the good living environment.
