摘 要:目的探讨人文关怀对90后护生实习需求及职业价值观的影响。方法选择2015年1月-2016年5月在新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院实习的90后护生80人,随机分为对照组(40人)和观察组(40人),对照组按教学大纲进行"传统"方法带教,观察组在对照组的基础上,对护生进行全程人文关怀带教。采用"护士价值观量表"评价其价值观;采用自行设计的问卷评价护生的5种能力。结果观察组护生实习结束后职业价值观测评总分为(213.43±21.28)分,高于对照组护生测评总分(79.58±10.46)分(P<0.05)。观察组护生实习结束后在解决困难能力(39/22)、沟通能力(38/17)、工作积极性(40/15)、专业兴趣(40/20)、就业前景(40/24)方面高于对照组护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀带教更加适应当今社会的发展,不仅增强了对90后护生人文精神的培养,还减轻90后护生实习期间的心理压力,激发了护生的职业兴趣和工作热情,对90后护生树立正确积极的职业价值观有正面而直接的影响。Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care on post 90 snursing students′practice needs and professional values.Methods 80 nursing practice students born in the 1990′s were enrolled from January 2015 to May 2016 in Affiliated Tumor Hospital to Xinjiang Medical University The were randomly divided into the control group(40)and the observation group(40).The control group according to the teaching syllabus for"traditional"teaching method.The observation group were carried out the whole process of humanistic care on the basis of the control group.Results After the end of practice,the total score of professional values assessment for nursing students was(213.43±21.28)points in the observation group,which is more than the points(79.58±10.46)in the control group(P〈0.05).At the end of the internship,the problem-solving skills(39/22),communication skills(38/17),enthusiasm(40/15),professional Interest(40/20),employment prospects(40/24)of the nursing students in observation group were higher than that in the control group(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care teaching during the internship is suitable to the development of today′s society,which could not only increase the 90s nursing students cultivate humanistic spirit,but also reduce the psychological pressure,stimulate the nursing students′vocational interest and work enthusiasm.It has positive and direct influence on the 90 snursing students to establish correct positive professional values.
