摘 要:本文Ⅰ型扁钢的生产坯料为钢带经卸卷、分条轧制后的窄钢条。采用有限元软件Msc.Marc建立了规格为25mm×5mm×3mm的Q235Ⅰ型扁钢4道次热连轧的弹塑性有限元模型,研究了轧件在轧制过程中的变形情况、等效应力、等效塑性应变的变化规律。结果表明:轧件在立轧道次会出现轻微的狗骨形,平轧道次会出现轻微的单鼓形;轧件横断面的中间部位等效塑性应变较大;轧件边角部等效应力较大,轧制过程中易出现质量缺陷。In this paper,the blanks of I shape steel is narrow steel bars which result from the discharging and slitting rolling of strip steel. The software of MSC. Marc was used to establish an elastic-plastic finite element model to simulate the Q235 I shape steel hot rolling process which has four continue rolling passes, the specification of the product was 25 mm ×5 mm× 3mm. The variation of rolling piece's deformation, equivalent plastic stress and equivalent strain were studied. The simulation results indica- ted that the dog bone-shaped was appeared after vertical-rolling and one drum-shaped was appeared after horizontal- rolling. The equivalent plastic stress was larger in the middle of the workpiece cross-section, and the equivalent strain was larger in the side and corner of workpiece that would lead the quality defects during the rolling process.
