摘　　要：分析了铝锌硅渣产生的机理、形态和危害,概述了硅含量与温度对铝锌硅渣产生数量的影响,以及硅含量对底渣形态的影响,提出了控制铝锌硅渣产生数量的途径、防止锅底结渣的措施,以及处理锅底结渣的方法。The formation mechanism, morphology and damage of galvaluming silicon slag were analyzed. The effect of silicon con- tent and operating temperature on the slag quantity and morphology were studied. And the measures were proposed to reduce the slag quantity,control the slag morphology and clear away the bottom slag.
