摘　　要：针对无孔型轧制技术在小型棒材轧机上的应用,设计了与之适应的滑动导卫,介绍了滑动导卫的设计思路和方法。设计的滑动导卫共用性强,结构简单,制作安装方便,可有效降低生产成本,提高产能。For groovetess rolling technology in the application of the small bar mill, the design method of guide and guard was in- troduced. These guide and guards were characterized by good flexibility, simple structure, easy fabrication and installation, with the application effect of production cost reduction and production capacity increase.
