摘　　要：血管内皮完整性是血管内皮发挥作用的重要基础,与多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关,如动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、高血压、肿瘤等;血管内皮钙黏蛋白是内皮细胞间黏附连接的一个组成成分,它在维持血管的完整性方面起着重要作用,但其作用机制相当复杂。近年随着分子生物学等的发展,人们对血管内皮钙黏蛋白与血管内皮完整性有了较深入的认识,从而对相关疾病的诊治起到重要的临床意义。Vascular integrity is the basis for function of vascular endothelium,which associates with the development and advances of atherosclerosis,diabetes,hypertension and tumors. As a component of interendothelial adherens junctions,VE-cadherin has a key role in the maintenance of vascular integrity. In recent years,research has gained a deeper understanding of VE-cadherin on vascular integrity,and here we review the research progress of VE-cadherin association with vascular integrity and its clinical value.
