摘  要:以低温渗氮取向硅钢为材料,研究初次再结晶晶粒尺寸和渗氮量对二次再结晶开始温度和二次再结晶后Goss织构锋锐度的影响。运用EBSD技术观察样品的微观组织,通过中断实验观察高温退火过程中样品的组织变化以确定二次再结晶开始温度。结果表明,当渗氮量保持一定时,初次再结晶晶粒尺寸越大,二次再结晶开始温度越高;当初次再结晶晶粒尺寸一定时,渗氮量越大,二次再结晶开始温度越高。二次再结晶温度过高和过低均不利于得到锋锐的Goss织构,本文所用材料的最佳二次再结晶温度为1050℃。The onset temperature of secondary recrystallization and the sharpness of Goss texture studied on grain-oriented silicon steel treated with low temperature reheating and nitriding technique effects of grain size of primary recrystallization and nitrogen content were taken into consideration were The Electron back-scattered diffraction (EBSD) technique was applied to reveal the microstructure evolution of specimens. Interruptions in experiments were done to determine onset temperature of secondary recrystallization. The results show that the onset temperature increases with a larger grain size of primary recrystallization under a certain content at too low or secondary a certain grain too high, mtroge size of n content, whereas recrystallization. If the the onset temperature onset temperature increases with a higher nitrogen of secondary recrystallization is sharpness of Goss texture will be reduced. The optimum onset temperature of recrystallization in the work is 1050℃.
