摘　　要：目的评价佑安医院艾滋病门诊实行新型护理临床模式的效果。方法对比实行新型护理管理模式前后,抗病毒治疗的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病病人(简称HIV/AIDS病人)的情况。结果实行新型护理模式前的2005-2011年,门诊治疗人数为788人,治疗覆盖率为78.0%;2012-2016年,使用新型管理模式,在治人数4617,治疗覆盖率达到90.0%。新型管理模式实行前后服药依从性从89.0%上升至95.0%;病人的停药率从4.1%(32/788)下降至3.2%(150/4617);失访率从9.8%(77/788)下降至2.7%(124/4617)。结论新型护理管理模式,有助于提高抗病毒治疗覆盖率以及抗病毒治疗的依从性,对于艾滋病预防和控制具有重要意义。Objective Abstract： Objective To evaluate comprehensive care model in HIV/AIDS Clinics. Meth- ods The data of antiretroviral therapy （ART） were collected and analyzed before （during 2005-2011） and after （during 2012-2016） implementation of the new nursing management model in our hospital. Results From 2005 to 2011, there were 788 outpatients receiving ART, with a treatment coverage of 77%. From 2012 to 2016, there were 4617 outpatients receiving ART, and the coverage reached 90%. Adherence of ART increased from 89% to 95 % after 2012. The rate of drug discontinuation decreased from 4.1% （32/788） to 3.2 % （ 150/4617）, the rate of loss to follow up decreased from 9.8%（77/788）to 2.7%（124/4617）. Conclusion The new model of nursing man- agement is helpful to improve the coverage and adherence rates of ART, which is important to HIV/AIDS preven- tion and control.
