摘  要:目的 了解中职教育护理专业学生对在儿科护理实验教学中采用基于团队学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学方法的态度.方法 在某中专学校2013级护理专业2个高中起点中职教育班学生中开展TBL教学.教学结束后,在两班学生中根据学生平时学习情况,并依照自愿原则,在好、中、差学生中选取8名学生为研究对象,进行访谈和记录,并对学生谈话进行分析.结果 多数学生认可TBL教学方法的应用,认为它有利于加深学习印象,促进自主学习,增进团队合作精神,提高个人工作能力;同时,也承认这种教学方法给他们的学习带来一定的压力,占用了较多时间.结论 TBL教学方法同样适用于中专学生,关键在于教学设计与师生双方积极的心态.Objeetive To understand the attitude of the students of secondary vocational nursing students in the teaching of TBL.Methods Using TBL teaching in 2 classes of nursing students from a secondary school.Choosing 8 students from different levels to ask them the same questions and recording their answers for analysis.Results Most of the students accepted the teaching method.They thought it is to deepen their impression,promote learner autonomy,strengthen unity,and improve personal working ability.Also they admit that this approach brings certain pressure and takes more time to their study.Conclusions TBL could be applied to secondary school students,and the key lies in the teaching design and the positive attitude of the teachers and students.
