摘  要:目的 分析护理学专业学生神经外科学实习中护理不良事件和缺点发生的原因及特点,探讨减少和预防护理不良事件的对策.方法 选择2013年7月至2014年12月在三峡大学人民医院神经外科实习的护理学专业158名学生为研究对象,采用回顾性分析方法对这些学生自愿上报的31例护理不良事件和缺点发生的原因进行分析,以针对性地制定并细化实习学生教学和安全管理流程.结果 引起护理不良事件及缺点的原因分别为查对错误、分级护理落实不到位、药品管理流程不健全、个人因素和基础及专科知识缺乏.结论 护理管理者和教学管理人员应当根据神经外科学的学科特点及学生学习能力制定教学计划及管理办法,培养学生的安全意识,规范护理行为,减少和预防护理不良事件及缺点的发生.Objective To explore the countermeasures of reducing and preventing nursing adverse events though analyzing the causes and characteristics of adverse events for those students major in neurosurgery intern nurses' nursing.Methods 158 nursing students who were practiced in the department of neurosurgery of the People's Hospital of Three Gorges University were studied and 31 voluntarily reported cases of adverse events in nursing care in neurosurgery department from July 2013 to December 2014 were analyzed to formulate and detail the practice teaching and security management process of intern nurses.Results The causes and defects of adverse nursing events respectively lie in that check errors,poor implementation of grading nursing,unsound process of drug management,personal factors as well as the lack of basic and specialized knowledge.Conclusions The teaching plans and management measures should be made according to the characteristics of the department of neurosurgery and the learning ability of the students.Students' safety awareness should be developed and nursing behaviors should be standardized to reduce and prevent the happening and shortcomings of the adverse nursing events.
