摘　　要：目的分析2013--2015年河南省结核病防治志愿者招募及宣传活动开展情况，为制订下一步结核病健康促进策略提供依据。方法收集整理2013--2015年河南省各省辖市结防机构填报的《百千万志愿者结核病防治知识传播活动工作方案附表》，统计出2013年河南省有764名志愿者、2014年有2355名志愿者、2015年有4125名志愿者。使用Excel2007软件，分析志愿者的性别、年龄、地域、职业、文化程度等分布特点及结核病防治宣传活动开展情况。结果2015年底，志愿者的总人数由2013年的764名增加到4125名；来自农村地区的志愿者由2013年144名（18．85％，144／764）上升至2015年2165名（52．48％，2165／4125）；2015年志愿者从年龄看，以中青年为主，有3438名，占83．35％（3438／4125）；按职业分布，以医务人员为主，有1701名，占41．24％（1701／4125）；2014年志愿者以大学文化程度为主，有1859名，占78．94％（1859／2355）。2013--2015年河南省结核病防治宣传志愿者活动由218次增加至1058次。结论河南省的结核病防治宣传志愿者活动从志愿者人数、年度开展活动次数及活动规模都有较大发展。Objective To analyze the volunteer recruitment and publicity of the tuberculosis prevention and control in He＇nan province from 2013 to 2015, and to provide basis for the formulation of the next step of tuberculo- sis health promotion strategy. Methods Hundreds, thousands and more volunteers＇ tuberculosis knowledge broadcasting project forms from all cities in He＇nan province between 2013 and 2015 were collected; in the 3 years, numbers of volunteers were 764, 2355 and 4125, respectively. Gender, age, region, occupation and education level of volunteers, as well as the publicity of the tuberculosis prevention and control were analyzed using Excel 2007. Results The number of volunteers raised from 764 in 2013 to 4125 in 2015; and the number of volunteers from rural areas also increased, from 144 （18. 85%, 144/764） in 2013 to 2165 （52.48%, 2165/4125） in 2015. In 2015, the number of young and middle aged volunteers was 3438 （83.35%, 3438/4125）, while the number of doctor volunteers was 1701 （41.24%, 1701/4125）. In 2014, the number of volunteers with bachelor degree was 1859 （78.94%, 1859/2355）. The number of publicity of the tuberculosis prevention and control in He＇ nan province increased from 218 to 1058 between year 2013 and 2015.
