新型酰胺基羧酸捕收剂DWD-1用于铁矿反浮选试验研究

摘　　要：为了解决选厂使用脂肪酸阴离子捕收剂时药剂用量大、浮选温度高等问题,东北大学浮选药剂课题组研发了一种新型改性脂肪酸类常温捕收剂DWD-1。在25℃温度下反浮选鞍千矿业公司现场混合磁选精矿,捕收剂DWD-1用量仅200 g/t,活化剂Ca Cl2用量仅为200 g/t,经1粗1精1扫的闭路浮选脱硅,可获得精矿铁品位68.19%、回收率90.03%、尾矿铁品位12.95%的良好指标。与现场捕收剂RA-715在温度40℃、用量为530 g/t、活化剂Ca Cl2用量600 g/t、1粗1精3扫的闭路浮选指标相比,捕收剂DWD-1精矿铁品位提高了0.18%,回收率提高了2.69%,尾矿品位降低了3.09%。因此捕收剂DWD-1用作鞍千混合磁选精矿反浮选脱硅捕收剂能较大程度减少药剂用量,简化浮选流程,并获得更好浮选指标。The dressing plant use fatty acid anionic to process iron ore, which required a large a- mount of reagents and a high flotation temperature. To solve those problems, a new modified fatty acids collector DWD - 1 was invented by Northeastern University, and might be used at room temper- ature. This collector was used for reverse flotation of mixed magnetic concentrate from Anqian at 25℃. The dosage of both collector DWD - 1 and activator CaC12 is just 200 g/t. Under this condi- tion, through the closed -circuit flotation process of a roughing, a concentrating and a scavenging, the concentrate with iron grade of 68.19% and iron recovery 90.03%, and the tailing with iron grade of 12.95% are obtained. While using collector RA -715 at temperature 40 ℃, the dosages of RA - 715 and CaC12 are 530 g/t, and 600 g/t, respectively. In addition, RA - 715 needs a closed - circuit flotation process of a roughing, a concentrating and thrice scavenging. Compared with RA -715, the collector DWD -1 possesses a better flotation index including a grade increase of 0.18% and a re- covery increase of 2.69% in concentrate and a grede reduction of 3.09% in tailings. Therefore, DWD- 1 as reverse flotation collector used in Anqian can not only greatly reduce regent consump- tion, but also simplify the flotation process and even get a better flotation result.
