摘 要:针对某细泥锡矿矿石粒度细、硫化矿物和方解石含量高的特点,浮选试验采用先浮选脱除硫化矿,再采用水杨羟肟酸和P86联合捕收浮选锡石的选别工艺,获得了Sn品位18.86%、回收率64.74%的锡精矿,为此类矿产资源的合理利用提供借鉴。The dissemination size of a tin ore is fine, and the contents of sulfide minerals and cal- cite in this ore are relatively high. Thus, a flotation process of removing sulfide ore and then float- ing eassiterite with SHA and P86 as mix collectors is carried out. Through a technical flow sheet of once roughing, thrice scavenging, twice cleaning and a cleaning, a tin concentrate with Sn grade of 18.86% and Sn recovery of 82.11% is obtained. This study provides a basis for development of this type of mineral resources.
