摘 要:采用超细粉碎-表面改性一体化工艺,以钛酸酯偶联剂HY13C为改性剂,对豫西南低品位滑石进行了改性研究。试验结果表明:超细粉碎-表面改性后d50由13.560μm降低为6.192μm、活化指数由0增加到88%、接触角由43.5°增大至128.5°。热重和红外光谱分析表明,滑石的改性是偶联剂的异丙氧基团与滑石粉表面的羟基发生水解反应,形成偶联。该工艺生产工序简单、效果优良,为低品位滑石的工业应用提供了技术支撑。Integrated technology of ultrafine grinding - surface modification with the titanate cou- pling agent HY13C was conducted on low -grade talc from southwest of Henan Province. The re- sults showed that ds0 of talc particle was reduced from 13. 560 μm to 6. 192 μm; activation index increased from 0 to 88% ; contact angle increased from 43.5° to 128.5°. The modification mecha- nism was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and infrared spectroscopy. It was found that isopropyl oxygen groups in modified agent reacted with hydroxyl on the surface of talc, and then talc was modified. This processing technology possesses simple production processes and excellent effect, which provide technical support for the industrial applications of low grade talc.
