摘  要:设计了一个基于高速CCD相机及激光照明的云粒子图像高速采集与实时存储系统。由粒子监测系统产生外触发信号,CCD相机与脉冲激光器被同步触发,CCD相机采集图像数据并通过采集卡处理传输到电脑。同时,基于Open CV编写了图像处理程序,对图像中的粒子进行提取并存储。该系统的图像采集速率可达100 fps,并且能保证采集及存储不丢帧,可以无损存储采集的高清粒子图像,粒子提取操作减少了图像冗余数据。A cloud particle image acquisition and real-time high-speed storage system was designed based on CCD camera with laser illumination system. When CCD camera and pulsed laser were triggered synchronously by the signal that was sent by particle measuring systems,an original image data were read out by the acquisition card,then transferred to computer. The software based on Open CV can process image,extract the image of particles and save all images. Useless data would be discarded while extracting particle. The rate of acquisition is up to 100 frames per second,and every image is grabbed continuously with lossless storage.
