摘　　要：1945年8月,苏联出兵中国东北、察哈尔和热河地区。在长城沿线,晋察冀军区八路军所属部队与苏军纷纷会师,其中,"张北会师"是中国共产党军队与苏军的首次会师。对张北会师的研究不仅关涉双方最早会师的时间与地点,更为重要的是张北会师的战略意义重大,它打通了延安与东北的通道,促进了党中央"向南防御、向北发展"决策的提出,为建立以张家口为中心的基本战略根据地提供了军事保障。In August 1945,the Soviet Union sent troops to the northeast of China,Chahar and Rehe area.Along the north of the Great Wall,there are several junctions of the Eighth Route Army troops with the Soviets Red Army.The first junction took place in Zhangbei.＂Zhangbei junction＂has a great strategic significance.To a certain extent it affects the decision of the CPC Central Committee＂to move to the North and to defend in the South＂.It not only breaks the passage between Yan＇an and the northeast of China but guarantees the establishment of the strategy base centering in Kalgan.
