摘　　要：研究医学院校文献检索课近年来的发展现状,发现存在师资力量薄弱、教材种类繁多和教学内容缺乏与实践对接等问题,探讨在医学文献检索课引入循证医学的必要性和意义,并从教学内容、教学方法、师资力量以及考核方式等方面提出改革建议,以提升文献检索课教学的质量和水平。The study of the teaching of medical documentation retrieval in medical colleges in recent years reveals such problems as the lack of qualified faculty,the wide variety of teaching materials and the lack of connection between the teaching contents and practice.The paper explores the necessity and significance of the introduction of evidence-based medicine to the medical documentation retrieval class.It also makes some suggestions for the reform of the medical documentation retrieval class regarding teaching contents,teaching methods,the faculty,and assessment methods so as to promote the quality and level of the medical documentation retrieval teaching.
