摘  要:发动机曲轴上疲劳强度最薄弱处为曲拐圆角处。基于动力学软件,建立某单缸发动机曲轴系多体动力学分析模型,计算曲轴在发动机一个工作循环内的动态载荷谱;然后利用圆角子模型完成曲轴疲劳强度分析。分析结果显示:该曲轴圆角疲劳安全系数均大于评价限值,曲轴疲劳强度满足要求;曲柄销圆角的疲劳强度弱于主轴颈圆角。The position of the worst fatigue strength on the engine crankshaft is the fillet of the throw. Based on the dynamics software,a multi-body dynamic model of a single cylinder engine crankshaft system was established to calculate the dynamic load spectrum of the crankshaft during one operating cycle. Then the fillet sub model was taken to analyze the fatigue strength of the crankshaft. Analysis results show that all of the fatigue safe factors of crankshaft fillets are above the limit value of evaluation,the fatigue strength of crankshaft can meet the requirements; the fatigue strength of the crankpin fillet is less than that of the crankshaft fillet.
