摘　　要：拉力测试机是根据某用户实际生产需要,为其量身定做的非标设备,其机械结构精巧、操作方便。根据要求对汽车用液压油管接头是否焊接进行100%检测;同时被测接头不得有变形及损伤;为了满足不同型号的产品,要求可快速换型;该拉力计具有上限设定功能,溢出状况下进行声音报警。Force testing machinery was a special equipment which was based on requirement of client. It was useful to satisfy with the actual mass production activity. This machinery＇s mechanical structure was compact and smart,easy to operate. According to the requirements,100% test was done to make sure whether automotive hydraulic hose connector was welded; joint must not have deformation and damage under test; in order to satisfy with different types of products,the clamping could be quickly exchanged; the tension meter had the limit function,overflow condition for voice alarm.
