摘　　要：对东莞市汽车零部件产业所处发展环境及发展现状进行研究,并运用SWOT分析法从优势、劣势、机遇及挑战4个方面对东莞市汽车零部件产业的发展进行了较全面的分析,得出东莞市应把握住产业结构调整及转型升级的战略机遇期,充分利用自身优势,加大汽车零部件产业发展的结论,并给出对策建议。The development environment and present situation of Dongguan auto parts industry were researched. Based on the SWOT method,a comprehensive analysis was carried out from four aspects of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threaten of Dongguan auto parts industry development. It is concluded that Dongguan should grasp the strategic opportunity period of industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading,make full use of its own advantages to increase the development of auto parts industry. Finally some suggestions were given.
