摘　　要：宝钢与武钢的重组大戏已拉开帷幕,这是继南车与北车合并、五矿与中冶重组之后,最大规模的央企重组;这次重组,不仅将打造出中国版的世界钢铁巨头,同时也肩负钢铁去产能的行业重任。8月30日、31日,武钢股份（600005.SH）与宝钢股份（600019.SH）相继发布半年报。On August 30 and 31, Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Limited and Baosteel roup, two of China s biggest steelmakers,have released their 2016 semi-annual reports respectively, indicating that they are preparing a joint strategic restructuring. They will continue suspending the trading of their shares. Xu Shaoshi, chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, points out that the two companies restructuring is aimed at cutting overcapacity.
