伴有半月板损伤早期骨关节炎行关节镜治疗与注射玻璃酸钠保守的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜治疗与注射玻璃酸钠保守治疗伴有半月板损伤早期骨关节炎的疗效。方法 2012年7月-2013年7月共收治85例膝关节退行性骨关节病患者,其中78膝符合选择标准,纳入研究。根据治疗方法不同分为两组,其中38例行关节镜手术（关节镜组）,40例行玻璃酸钠注射治疗,作为对照组。两组患者均获随访,平均随访时间为12个月。结果末次随访时,Tegner评分玻璃酸钠注射组为（3.5±0.7）,关节镜清理组为（5.1±1.4）;Lysholm评分玻璃酸钠注射组为（48.3±16.5）,关节镜清理组为（84.9±13.6）,关节镜清理组与玻璃酸钠注射组经治疗后Tegner及Lysholm评分有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论根据随访结果,关节镜治疗与注射玻璃酸钠保守治疗伴有半月板损伤早期骨关节炎均可获得疗效,关节镜组缓解程度较高。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of arthroscopic treatment and sodium hyaluronate injection treatment for knee degenerative osteoarthropathy.Methods Between Jul 2012 and Jul 2013,78 knees suffering from knee degenerative osteoarthropathy underwent arthroscopic treatment（arthroscopic group,n=38） and sodium hyaluronate injection treatment（control group,n=40）.Results The patients of two groups were followed up for an average of 12 months.At last follow-up,Tegner score in control group was（3.5±0.7）,while arthroscopic group was（5.1±1.4）.Lysholm score in control group was（48.3±16.5）,while arthroscopic group was 84.9±13.6.significant difference was observed between2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment and sodium hyaluronate injection treatment for knee degenerative osteoarthropathy can both achieve good effectiveness.Alleviation degree of arthroscopic group is higher than sodium hyaluronate injection group.
