摘　　要：肱骨近端骨折临床较常见,严重影响人们的健康及生活质量。复杂肱骨近端骨折属于其特殊类型,多见于移位且稳定性较差的Neer 3、4部分骨折。其骨折类型复杂,肱骨头血供破坏较重,发生肱骨头坏死等风险高,且高龄患者往往合并骨质疏松及一种或多种内科疾病,耐受性差,手术方式及内固定材料的选择不当均可严重影响患肢的功能恢复,致残率高,临床治疗颇为棘手,且治疗方式亦存在一定争议。近些年来,随着相关治疗理念更新、各种内置物材料的日益发展及操作水平逐渐成熟,国内外针对复杂肱骨近端骨折的治疗及疗效评价日趋增多,本文试就该领域相关研究进展作一阐述。Proximal humeral is a common fracture＇s area in clinic,seriously affects people＇s health and quality of life.The complicated proximal humerus fracture is one of the special type,it is common in shift and poor stability of Neer3,4 parts fractures,due to the complexity of the fracture types and the serious damage of head of the humerus nutrition blood supply,the humerus head necrosis risk is high,and elderly patient＇s tolerance is poor because of osteoporosis and one or more medical disease,in addition,improper selection of operation mode and internal fixation material can be seriously affected limb functional recovery,leading to the high morbidity,therefore,the type of fractures is rather tricky to clinicians,it is a controversy about treatment.In recent years,with updating related treatment idea,the development of the various implants material and operating level,it is gradual increasing of the curative effect evaluation for treatment of proximal humerus complicated fractures at home and abroad,this article tries to describe the relevant research and progress in the field.
