摘 要:针对韩王矿井下巷道保护煤柱周围地质条件复杂,以及上方地表构筑物(厂房、民居、排水泵站等)众多的问题,提出了一种巷式充填开采方法,并通过组合梁和弹性力学理论确定工作面开采宽度,根据地表观测数据的分析得到了地表移动变形预计参数,并计算得到地表建筑物的移动变形值,最后提出了用地表减沉系数来反映充填开采对地表沉陷的控制效果。研究表明:巷道保护煤柱采用巷式充填开采方法能较好地处理压煤问题,且巷式充填开采工作面安全宽度为4m;通过拟合得出的岩移参数对保护煤柱开采进行预计,得出工作面上方厂房的损害等级达到I级,而周围小区建筑物不受影响,同时分析韩王矿充填开采减沉率效果不甚理想的原因,提出了相应的改进措施。In order to solving the problems of complex geological conditions and large amount of surface structures ( plants, residential and drainage pump station), which around roadway protective coal pillar underground in Hanwang coal mine, roadway backfill mining method was put forward, and then mining width of working face was confirmed by composite beams and elasticity mechanics, surface movement deformation forecast parameters was obtained according surface observation data analysis, and surface structures movement deformation values was obtained by calculation, then the controlling results of backfill mining to surface subsidence could be reflected by surface reduction subsidence coefficient was put forward at the end, the studying results showed that the problem of coal under sur- face structures could be solved better by roadway backfill mining method applied in roadway protective coal pillar, and safety width of working face was 4m under roadway backfill mining method, the protective pillar mining could be predicted by strata movement param- eters by fitting, the damage grade was I of plants above the working face, and structures around residential areas was undamaged, the reasons of the worst results of reduction subsidence were analyzed, then relevant promote method was put forward.
